 भाग-1संघ और उसका राज्यक्षेत्र(अनुच्छेद.1-4)

           अनुच्छेद-1.  संघ का नाम और राज्यक्षेत्र।

अनुच्छेद-2.  नए राज्यों का प्रवेश या  स्थापना।

अनुच्छेद-3. नए राज्यों का निर्माण और वर्तमान राज्यों के क्षेत्रों,सीमाओं व नाम में परिवर्तन।अनुच्छेद-4.  पहली अनुसूची और चौथी अनुसूची के संशोधन तथा अनुपूरक, आनुषंगिक और पारिणामिक विषयों का उपबंध करने के लिए अनुच्छेद 2 और अनुच्छेद 3 के अधीन बनाईं गई विधियों।                                                         

         भाग-2 नागरिकता(अनुच्छेद.5-11)

अनुच्छेद-5.संविधान के प्रारंभ पर नागरिकता।

अनुच्छेद-6.   पाकिस्तान से भारत को प्रव्रजन करने वाले कुछ व्यक्तियों के नागरिकता के अधिकार।

अनुच्छेद-7.   पाकिस्तान को प्रव्रजन करने वाले कुछ व्यक्तियों  के नागरिकता के अधिकार।

अनुच्छेद-8.भारत के बाहर रहने वाले भारतीय उद्भव के कुछ व्यक्तियों के नागरिकता के अधिकार।

अनुच्छेद-9. विदेशी राज्यों की नागरिकता स्वेच्छा से अर्जित करने वाले व्यक्ति का नागरिक न होना।

अनुच्छेद-10. नागरिकता के अधिकारों का बना रहना।
अनुच्छेद-11. संसद द्वारा नागरिकता के अधिकारों का विधि द्वारा विनियमन किया जाना।

अनुच्छेद. 21(क)- शिक्षा का अधिकार

अनुच्छेद. 22- कुछ दशाओं में गिरफ्तारी और निरोध से संरक्षण

अनुच्छेद. 23- मानव के दुर्व्यापार और बलात्श्रम का प्रतिषेध

अनुच्छेद. 24- कल-कारखानों आदि में बालकों के नियोजन पर प्रतिषेध

अनुच्छेद. 25- अंतःकरण की और धर्म के अबाध रूप से मानने,  आचरण और प्रचार करने की स्वतन्त्रता

अनुच्छेद. 26- धार्मिक कार्यों के प्रबन्धन की स्वतन्त्रता

अनुच्छेद. 27- किसी विशिष्ट धर्म की अभिवृद्धि के लिए करों के संदाय के बारे में स्वतन्त्रता                  

अनुच्छेद. 28- कुछ शिक्षा संस्थाओं में धार्मिक शिक्षा या धार्मिक उपासना में उपस्थित होने की स्वतन्त्रता

अनुच्छेद. 29- अल्पसंख्यक- वर्गों के हितों का संरक्षण

अनुच्छेद. 30- शिक्षा संस्थानों की स्थापना और प्रशासन करने का अल्पसंख्यक वर्गों का अधिकार

अनुच्छेद. 31- सम्पत्ति का अधिकार (निरसित)

अनुच्छेद. 32- इस भाग द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों को प्रवर्तित कराने के लिए उपबंध

अनुच्छेद. 33- इस भाग द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का, बलों आदि लागू होने में, उपांतरण करने की संसद की शक्ति

अनुच्छेद. 34- जब किसी क्षेत्र में सेनाविधि प्रवृत्त है तब इस भाग द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों पर निर्बन्धन

अनुच्छेद. 35- इस भाग के उपबंधों कों प्रभावी करने के लिए विधान

PART-1 THE UNION AND ITS TERRITORY

1.     Name and territory of the Union.

2.     Admission or establishment of new States.

3.     Formation of new States and alteration of areas, boundaries or names of existing States.

4.     Laws made under Articles 2 and 3 to provide for amendment of the First and the Fourth Schedules supplemental, incidental and consequential matters .                

PART-2 CITIZENSHIP

5.     Citizenship at the commencement of the Constitution.

6.     Rights of citizenship of certain persons who have migrated to India from Pakistan.

7.     Rights of citizenship of certain migrants to Pakistan.

8.     Rights of citizenship of certain persons of Indian origin residing outside India.

9.     Persons voluntarily acquiring citizenship of a foreign State not to be citizens.

10. Continuance of the rights of citizenship.

11. Parliament to regulate the right of citizenship by law.

             PART-3 FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

13. Laws inconsistent with or in derogation of the fundamental rights.

14. Equality before law.

15. Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.

21(a).  Right of education.

22. Protection against arrest and detention in certain cases.

25. Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and     propagation of religion.

26. Freedom to manage religious affairs.
